Move the needle a little. Glad to see it still going in the downward direction! Especially because I haven’t slept well the last few nights. I’m chocking it up to my body working overtime lately.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
