It was great to get back on my normal schedule after December. I thought I'd have more of an issue with snacking and being hungry. I did surprising well this week. Exercise felt good. I love the mix of classes at the gym. BUT it was busy. Parking and finding a locker was an issue. Oh well, that part should be back to normal by February.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you just love Jan? I am thinking that I probably should wait a few hours until everyone is done at the gym and eating lunch so I will get a machine b/c of all the new ppl at the gym this month. I think I might just go and chance it b/c I think if I sit around any longer I will not end up going to the gym at all. Have a wonderful.
