Ok so I've been way way way out of it and my official weight on Monday was 134.4kg (YIKES!)
So it's time to get back on the journey again. My official weigh-in will be on Thursday mornings.
Had a good start so far. Feeling positive :)

Thanks everyone! I definitely know how to lose it thanks to all the input and sharing of our journeys with each other over the years :) This time I get to put my weight up from the highest so it will be a good reflection of where I actually start from.
