I have done terribly! I haven't weighed in or recorded my food and I feel terrible. I keep trying to remotivate myself but I just can't. I even tried diet pills for a few days, but I wasn't even motivated enough to stick with that. Pathetic. Anyone with advice or motivation, please feel free to dish it out. Even if it's mean haha. No SERIOUSLY!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

we all have days like that once in a while, (or even weeks), but dont beat yourself up about it. Take a deep breath, give yourself permission to take a break, set a new start date, and then go for it. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery to get motivated to exercise, take a nice walk in a park and just enjoy the fall colours. Dont think of it as exercise (even though it is) think of it as a calming, soothing relief from stress.

The thing about motivation is that it has to come from within. Different things motivate different people. Buy some fitness magazines and read about nutrition and people who have lost weight. Buy a new workout outfit and a new workout dvd (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred kicks butt and is only 20 minutes). It gets results. Join a fitness club. Take a class you have always wanted like a "spin" class. Buy an ipod and go for walks. Google diet plans and see if there is something that might fit your life style. Only you know what will motivate you. Be a NIKE commercial and "Just Do It".

OMG I am exactly the same way!!!!!I thought it was just me. I have such a hard time sticking with anything. I dont know if its laziness or carelessness but I do know that we need to change our mind set. I just dont know how to do that either. WHAT DO WE DO!!!!!
