we all have days like that once in a while, (or even weeks), but dont beat yourself up about it. Take a deep breath, give yourself permission to take a break, set a new start date, and then go for it. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery to get motivated to exercise, take a nice walk in a park and just enjoy the fall colours. Dont think of it as exercise (even though it is) think of it as a calming, soothing relief from stress.
