Started Renaissance Periodization on Monday. Doing the 12 week coaching. Started at 218 lbs on Monday. Eating a lot of veggies n fruit and ton of fiber Stuck very well to the diet and trained hard. Great week

Yes basically 2 cups a meal. I mix spinach in with my shakes. I put veggies n salsa in my eggs. I hate veggies. I haven’t had this much fiber in my life. Lol
