Today I am determined to stick to my diet. I am really trying to be a "clean" eater, but have a hard time when it comes to actually following through. I'm trying to shop smarter so when I crave something sweet, I only have healthy options. I really need to work on impulse control. I need to get more consistent about making it to the gym as well. I made it 3 times last week, but seem to be skipping my cardio days. Not good!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

at least you know what it is you need to work on. good idea on keepging healthy snacks at hand. fruit is always a good option. good luck to you and make make today a good day. don't worry about past or future days. it's all about how you do today.
