I've been stuck at a plateau for months and months now too. I gain and lose the same 3 pounds constantly. I think sometimes we need to mix up our exercises and intensity to shock our body out of it's routines and make it work harder. Have you tried running intervals? Run full out for a minute, walk a minute (or two), and repeat? Intervals are supposed to be great at upping your metabolism because they keep your heart working hard. Not sure, what else to try...
