Hard to find time to exercise with all of the holiday obligations. I turned down bakliva and boudin yesterday. Was at work 13 hours. I am thinking about chinese food and TOM should happpen this week. So I am very pleased with this loss.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing good!! You are better than I am, I don't know if I could turn down bakliva. Luckily, I'm not around it, so I don't have to worry
