I could have gone over soooo bad yeaterday.I was in such a snacking mood. If I hadn't commited to putting food into fatsecret before eating it as much as possible. Who knows what my total would have been. I made my high calorie mark and was still wanting to eat and eat and eat. I went to bed early instead. I feel sooo hungry this morning. and i am up 4 lbs ( it is not my weigh in day so i will not record.) I will have my TOM later this week. So I know what is causing my issues' but that dosent make it any easier.
