excellent, I'm starting to drop the weight, did 12000 steps and 17 kilometers cycling yesterday! Loved it... new apps. runtastic and pedometer help me keep track on my mobile,
this is fun
151.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
