brrrrr...41 outside this morning...when i seen the temp...all i wanted to do was get back in bed an stay warm...but instead got up an dressed ..and headed out for a morning walk...just a 4.04 mile walk this morning..just not sure if im fighting off something or ?...took a half hour nap yesterday afternoon..somethin i only do on days i detox or am bored...got up an ate supper...been more hungry then usual last few days...been eating more bread among other things..after supper was cold...and just didnt feel like layin on the bed an flippin channels tryin to find something to keep me awake...so went to sleep at 6pm...except for the 3 times i got up to visit little boys room..slept till 4am...got up an decided to go walking..but would of been just as easy to lay back down an take the day off...so started on golden seal extract..just in case im fightin off someone elses germs...and got on the scales..and its comin down as well...knew it was i put 2 new holes in belt couple of weeks ago...and i can get in one of them holes already...sooooo...slow an steady it is comin off...well..looks like the days of wearing blue jean shorts is getting close to the end of the season...i hate that...but i do have jeans to wear and thats good news....least i dont have to go online to find a size that fits me anymore...one good thing about gettin healthy...walmart clothes fit now...so nice to be able to walk in..pick a pair off the rack and they fit...well...gonna rest for a few..an then...not sure...have a great one...another day of drinkin lots of water...to flush it all out...
