I weigh the freaking same. UGH why can't I just lose thirty pounds in like a month and bam be skinny! I did the Insanity workout today. It was insane. haha get it? Seriously super tough. I really think I took more breaks than I actually worked out. At least I did something. I'm just out of practice and know I'll get better at it.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
