Ok so last night I splurged. I had a steak quesadilla and I honestly don't even regret it. It was fantastic. I gained a pound but whatever. I'm still happy with my accomplishment and going out for mexican was a minor indulgence that won't become a habit, so I know I'm fine. Today I'm working a double so it'll be tough being surrounded by all this food, but I'm keeping busy. I can handle it.
