goooooood morning...waking up to 45 outside this mornin ...an going for a morning walk in an hour...not sure if it will be a short one like yesterday or a longer one..depends on how well my feet hold up...had to record my weigh in...i knew it would be lower today as when i weighed in yesterday thru out the day when i went to bed last night my weight was down below what i weighed in that morning..and usually if you drink water it fall even more thru the night...im dancing as i sit here...im just so happy to see it comin back down again...i couldnt wait till weigh in day...odd how that works if you loosin ..you cant wait to post it..if your gaining..not enough days before you have to fess up...when i woke up i really just wanted to stay in bed an stay warm...but then i thought about how thats what i did last year...i let myself down and let to many days go by...an thats why its taken me so long to work this off...and i plan on doing a better job of it this year...one meal at a time...one day at a time..do the best i can do...
303.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

back from a morning walk...wore my old shoes and feet felt better..but i can feel the muscles in lower legs still aching from being used differently...a good thing....10002 steps and its just 7.11am...hopefully do another walk later today...to add more on...keep this body guessing....

Really awesome on the scales Mike!!!! Doubt I'll get my walk in today...a Nor'easter blew in overnight...Torrential rain and high wind...but I will do my DVD workout and resistance bands...also, have to go to the office...I *forgot* to do sales tax remittance yesterday and it's due today...or a "heavy" fine comes our way! Have a great rest of your day....huggggs

thanks deb...i see where rain has set in where you are...lest you have inside workouts you can do when its to bad out to get that exercise done..just dont forget to make the time...lol..have a greatttttttt day...

here its 11.55am...an im back home from my last walk for the day...well...my last longggg walk for the day...lol...im sure theres still some movin around to do today...right now..15383 steps...
