This weight prompted me cancel my morning plans, tie my laces and get busy.

1/2 marathon walk in the AM
Errands with wife immediately afterwards
1 hr motorcycle ride
Grill in the evening which also was OMAD (Grilled snapper, grilled scallops, baked stuffed salmon, avocado, salad, seafood rice, fried plantain)

Today was a great Saturday
211.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks jcmama777, Maine coon, adefwebserver, Glaz3ddonut, Draglist and erikahollister. This was supposed to be a big loop but nature called and I had to walk back to my house 5 miles in where it was safe and secure to relieve myself.
