I am getting so close to being 40 lbs down from when I started dieting and exercising. I need to lose 4 more lbs. I would love to hit that goal by May 8th (which would be 4 months from when I started) but I don't think that's happening. I'm going to try real hard but I only have 10 more days to hit that goal.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
