Back in the gym yesterday, and this morning, it is getting easier but still not much weight loss. Course have been hitting the wine a little heavier than usual but journaling all of it in the food diary.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
