What a strange week -- up 3 lbs, down 3 lbs ... odd, very odd.
Oh well, no worries.
Friday's are hard at work since it's "healthy" snack day, but I am pretty sure the "healthy" part is stated with sarcasm!! I remember not long ago, before I started counting calories, I would easily eat 2 or 3 bagels in a day, plus countless crackers, meat, or what ever else was in front of me! Now, I have to keep it under control since I can't blow my limit, and I still want to eat lunch!
Onward and upward!
*edit* Ooooo .... I am colour blind, but I am pretty sure that my "bar" turned from yellow to green today! Cool!

Buddy that is great ! I want to be part of team green too. I am going to accomplish this for October :) Oh and about the healthy snack thing I know what you mean because at my job they love doing pot lucks and vegggies or fruit are usually not on the menu. Good luck amigo!

Congrats on going green!!! Love that imagery, lol. Isn't it surreal to see the creamy, oozing carbs lying around on the counters at work on Fridays??? Strange how that happens. Our bodies are in another zone, and they want healthy food I guess. "Oh well, no worries."....Great attitude!!! Have a good one, buddy.
