I object. Swam and walked long course last night, under ate on calories. Will keep pressing on regardless. I didn't eat the cookies yesterday, they're still up in the cabinet. Win there. Maybe I'll bag them and save them for Easter.

Swim: 765 strokes (trying to regulate heart rate to stay in zone - one more thing to think about when I'm trying to empty my brain) but kept avg heart rate at 144 and zones says I was mostly in cardio zone vs. peak, which is good because I did turn up the current last week. Focusing on long, straighter pulls which I could feel in my triceps enough on both sides to take an ibuprofen last night. I am going to get the bigger paddles this year, just not yet. I need to see where the world is headed.

Going to support my favorite local restaurant tonight for dinner. I walk by there at night and the guys are still hustling even at 8:30. Such hard workers. They're a really "family" as far as taking care of one another.

Walking: 126 average heart rate, mostly in "fat burning" zone vs. cardio. I get such different results when I ditch people on my walks with a few exceptions. Bigger group is a slug trail. People have finally stopped asking to pet the dogs. Makes it easier.

I second that objection Kat. I'm going to support a local restaurant also. The ones that are still open are definitely hustling. That is fabulous on the swimming. Take care

Tatauu, thanks. What are you ordering? I'm getting pasta, depends what they're serving tonight because they do a limited menu to reduce waste.
