My phone app is glitchy & won't let me log my weight & journal the usual way 😔 I seldom use my computer so I'm going in from a different way on my phone. I don't like it this way, as much.

A couple of our local restaurants (same main owner) have finally closed except for curbside pickup. There are still a few holdouts, which surprises me. Since we are friends with many of our business owners in town, it makes it hard to see them have to make these decisions.

More phone conversations yesterday catching up with another Canadian family member & our neighbor. Made a date with our neighbor (who is a friend I see usually at least once a week) to have a drink after our current rain expected for the next few days. We'll sit outside, appropriately a few feet apart, bring our own beverages in our own glasses 😊🍷🍺

Book Club was cancelled this week. I wasn't planning on going out of caution. My friend/ neighbor told me our host & her husband had attended the Memorial Service for our friend on Friday. There were about 60 attendees....I'm sure some from out of town. It's sad we can't trust that our friends are virus free & able to get together socially.

Raining today...pretty steadily so I doubt we'll be able to walk. We did go yesterday...cloudy but no rain til after dinner.

Hubby & I are planning to get at some of the outdoor projects as soon as weather permits. We've had warmer Spring like temps, but the future forcast is still calling for a few cold nights. This time of year gets me anxious to have flowers in the gardens but I have to be patient.

I've been taking in a few more calories....averaged a bit over 1600 this week....but still doing OK overall. The Bloody Mary I was craving yesterday was worth it 😋
