Maintenance going well 😀 I ate close to 1700 calories yesterday including 3 small cookies with my hot tea and a generous portion of Ravioli for dinner. No mindless eating though.

The weather is nice today. There is a chance of rain but the sun keeps poking thru the clouds & the forcast is 76 degrees 😊 It was cloudy when I got up & I was saying over coffee if the sun would just shine I'd feel happier about staying home....& Walla! Got what I asked for.

I've decided today is the day to fill the hummingbird feeders. They should start showing up, soon. We don't do regular bird feeders any more cause they started attracting bears to our back deck. We still see birds but I miss seeing them on the feeders.

I think I'll also bake the apple pie for Hubby I was planning. He's a huge apple pie fan!


144.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
