Day 9 of a planned 11 days of mostly โ€˜no solid foodโ€™ fasting

The scale is not moving, but, the diet is working ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

I can see my abs, and my clothes feel looser. I think that fat is sloooowly being shed, but, it is not reduced at โ€˜a pound a dayโ€™ that the recent โ€˜water weightโ€™ reductions have provided.
