just 7 pounds away from my goal. How come 7 lbs sounds so little but is so stinkin' hard?

127.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.1 lb a week

Wow, that is wonderful! Yes, the last pounds can be the hardest and take the longest, but you are almost there. Whoo Hoo!
