Hi Debbie, how are you. I do hope your son has made a full recovery from pneumonia. Your weight control seems to be going well. I am OK and in the gym three days a week preparing for my operation on the 18th February when they will remove the growth from my oesophagus. My life is now is under the full control of the NHS who are doing a wonderful job looking after me. I hope all is well with you and yours and you are happy. Keep in to7ch Regards Jim X
