Looking forward to this weight loss journey with Atkins. I have not been able to buy everything reccommended on the Atkins list but beleive I have enough to be getting on with to get through this first week. Good Luck to me.......!!

Hey there,
Just wanted to say you can do it! Think positive and if you need a buddy to cheer you on drop me a line...still not sure how this site works but learning as I go along! I also have a huge milestone to cross, overall need to lose 165lb, but my goal is smaller to start..I want to get to 250 lb for now...maybe with support and indisputable motivators(in my case trying to avoid insulin shots and increased metaformin dosages and improving my PCOS symptoms)we both can see some nice changes...good luck and keep strong!!!! I am starting day5 of induction today..it is not as bad as i feared :-))
