About weigh-ins. Don't like them. Never seems like I have lost enough weight. Feel much thinner than the scales reflect. Will be starting monthly weighins. doc say no more weekly either. Not good.

BP meds will stay the same. BP is 139 over 90. For going to the bathreoom during the night, Doc doesn't want to give me meds. Just quit drinking liquids 2 hours before bedtime. If I can go back to sleep after bathroom no problem with it.

Since I never knwo if my bedtime will be 10, 11, 12, or 1 it's pretty hard to stop drinking 2 hours before.

264.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
