Stepped on the scale.
Not as bad as I thought- or maybe I was right on in my guess but in the several days since I posted, I may have lost some?
shooting for 145, 140 low.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
