All things considered, I'm quite pleased with this weigh-in! I suppose we all need to get back into the swing of things after the holidays... or maybe that's just me.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely, not just you. I took a 10 day vacation from my woe and exercise over xMas. It was wonderful, but I am very glad to be back to my regular healthy eating and exercising.
