Good morning everyone, a drop is a great way to start the day. Having the day off from work doesn't hurt either! The down side is that there's a fridge full of food that temps me throughout the day. Even if it's good food choices, one can still overdo it. Anyone else have a harder time when they stay home then while at work?
214.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
