Up a lb. this morning. Although my calorie count was under my RDI, I'm not sure how accurate my estimate of the Steak Quesadilla my hubby brought me for lunch was. It was the portion he didn't eat. I don't think any one choice I made yesterday was bad, but the combination put a stop to my losses of the past few days. A bowl of cereal instead of my usual half bagel & PB was 100 calories more 😐 The 70 calorie cookie I had with my hot tea or the Bloody Mary I had before dinner (Cause hubby offered to make me one when he made his).

I did make several good choices....I only had 1 glass of red wine with my low calorie salad & pork chop dinner. I decided when I accepted the bloody Mary I'd substitute it for a 2nd glass of wine.

I also made the choice to walk by myself when I arrived home from the grocery store as Hubby & the dogs were returning from their walk. I even turned down a different road in the neighborhood to give myself a little variety. Since Hubby walking keeps me motivated I was pleased with my not blowing it off.

I think I may be trying to get a cold 😕 Maybe it's just allergies cause my symptoms are a stuffy nose. Hubby had one that went away & came back. We've tried to be careful to not share germs but that's hard when you live together.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
