Slight bounce back from the Holidays, I’ll take it. I did have a 24 hour fast this week for spiritual reasons which probably helped physically too. Be blessed FS fam 💪🏽
174.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
