I made a recipe of dried powdered superfoods that I make into pills. It's about 1200 calories and lots of protein and fiber. I'm using this to substitute completely for my food intake. (About 300 pills per day, no food)

FS has a host of members on either prescription weight loss pills and many who have had gastric bypass or the sleeve. Nothing to question anyone about but to wish them well 💯

This is an Idea I came up with myself. I was thinking about how people used to say food would just be a pill and thought why not? I find it much easier to not eat at all than to eat little bits all the time.. It is somewhat of an experiment but it seems to be going well so far.
I know that sounds unhealthy but Im getting the recommended calories for a weight loss diet and since its 100% super foods its probably more nutrients from them than I have ever had from eating. I made sure protein and fiber were above RDI.
I came to Fatsecret with it because I'm using the recipe maker to build my recipe and make sure I am getting the right nutrients. I remembered from 10 years ago this site has a great recipe maker that calculates everything and it seems to be the only one I can find like it.

Im planning on staying with the pills alone for a month then switching to a few days a week. I dont see any reason why I cant use it as a sort of permanent lifestyle change, similar to intermittent fasting only easier.

I see. That is very creative of you.
However food is not just about a protein/ fiber and macro nutrients or even the micro nutrients that plants.
It's also about the life force it carries. This is consuming the earth and receiving its subtle energies and making it our own. Unfortunately most are disconnected with this intamite relationship and have lost the joy of this sensual affair.
I must say that you are a very beautiful young woman and if you are interested in learning more and some guidance, I will be more than happy to guide.
If so just let me know and I will send you my email. All the best wishes to you and happy new year

just be very careful to make sure you get enough fluid in there for your body to be able to process things. I'm not judging, but having gut issues myself, think your worst cramps x100 if things get out of whack.
