holding 193lbs.
well, I received the results of my Cholesterol and Diabetes test.
Remember I eat 80% fat and 99% of that is saturated fat
total cholesterol 177.
I've never been able to get it under 240 with 2 medications.
Blood sugar 85.
Dr said Hdl n Ldl look good.
Liver kidneys and prostate, Good. But, my red blood cells are still a little large./
193.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did they provide a breakdown of particulate count from the cholesterol numbers? Small LDL's were? And did you find out the results of the stress test?

Stress test. I received a phone call from my cardiologist's nurse earlier today. The report is, in my aortic valve I have, something severe and something mild. I'm waiting to find when I can get into the heart hosp. For another test. This time they are going down my throat to scope a better look. I'm done stressing over this. Its out of my hands now

lib. I'm betting my aortic vale. May have something to do my larg red blood cells, because I'm pretty sure my b12 levels are ok with the foods I'm eating
