Two whoosh weeks back to back! I'm officially down 36 pounds. It brings a big smile to my face, and it makes it easier to keep going. 🌨❄☃️
224.8 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
