Such a great weigh-in! 32 lbs down so far! I'm nervous about the holidays, but even Thanksgiving resulted in a plateau week... so trying to be of good cheer. ☃️🌲🥂
228.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
