Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Just sticking to the diet, but, I did eat a pickle yesterday 😆

@CrashtestDawnie - After eating 250+ carbs for 5 days last week I am 'still-coming-down' and had HUGE 'carb desires' yesterday. So the pickle was for 'mental' reasons 🤣

Yeah I know what you mean! I had 5 straight days of foodie debauchery 😅 I’m slow but steadily weaning myself off the junky carbs

What do you take, how many times and how many calories?

@Diana 1234, @emmekay - It is just basically just Keto. The only difference is that by limiting myself to liquids (low carb protein shakes in heavy cream) I don't go into a 'eating binge'. But, in the end it is <20 carbs a day with a lot of fat (from the heavy cream).

Thanks. I don't do keto, I do low carb,high protein,and some fat.(average about 30-35 gs a day of fat) I think I can modify and do green smoothies, protein shakes, and maybe broth and tea in between. Gonna go at least 48 hours .💜💜💜

Jez, we are already past Thanksgiving and you are fasting again. You seemed to have survived TG just fine.
