Thanks binky, I really blew it tonight. Had a doctor appointment today and went to the Duff's Buffet to eat before shopping. I ate a thousand calories and most were carbs. Normally I'm doing Keto. Today I did, blow it. LOL

I will do better tomorrow. That was 1200 calories for the day. I never eat that much.
