Moved down some more 😀 The requested (by my hubby) Buffalo Wings for dinner didn't sabotage me. Six wings with Bolthouse Farms Blue cheese to dip them in instead of the provided resteraunt Blue Cheese. And a salad with vinaigrette from the fridge as well. I probably saved a couple hundred calories while still enjoying my meal.

Some extra activity outside yesterday probably didn't hurt. After a walk with hubby & the dogs I blew leaves off the front yard,& the driveway....working my way down the hill. Lotta leaves....Lotta work on our steep drive.

Book Club tonight...still trying to decide what I'm bringing. I found out someone else is bringing a salad so I need to think of something else.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I LOVE that Bolt House Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing. I envy your book club event; I've tried to find one locally. I guess no one in my zip code reads.

Good drop. It has been to ugly here to get out side. I have been walking on my air walker. I saw the cardiologist yestetday for my 6 mo check up. They weighted me 15 lbs less than the last visit. That of course is fully dressed each time. Don't remember what I wore 6 months ago. 🤣 My blood pressure has been being low most of the time. So my blood pressure med has been cut in half. She said I can not belive you will be 70 in 2 mo. I feel good about my accomplishments. I saw the pulmonologist the day before yesterday and she said I have gotten my asthma well under control. Unless I have a bad flare she will see me in 6 mo. They both told me to keep doing what I am because I am reaping good benifits from my hard work. 🤓🤓🤓
