Weight and pain are pretty good barometers of how I'm feeling and doing. Up and Down. Work has been a new level of time and people management challenges. I'll try to re center today. No time like the present 😊.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
