Broke a 26hr fast with my first cheatmeal (8-28) in a dark movie theater😱. Bacon bluecheese burger & fries with ketchup. if I had taken a photo, it would have looked like the, inside of my pocket!
Jexi, the movie was hillarious😂 Afterwards, my date and I walked around the square across from the theater as Old Town Wichita became a ghost town. We found a bench and talked for 2 1/2 hrs about who we are, where we were in life and where we are now.
She's taking me out Friday to a movie. I don't feel so much as being, "from the other side of the tracks" anymore.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
