Felt good yesterday and feeling great today. The fewer calories I consume, the better I feel. Went to the gym yesterday for the first time in 8 days. My stamina was okay but my left knee started to hurt so I did only 20 minutes on the elliptical. I may go back today. Or since the weather is beautiful, maybe I'll take my dog for a long walk at the park.

Listened to a great British podcast called You're Dead to Me. The host invites a historian and a comedian to discuss obscure info about subjects like Stonehenge, Napoleon's early years, and European witchcraft, which was yesterday's topic. Fascinating and hilarious. It put me in the Halloween mood, so I watched a movie called Blackcoat's Daughter last night. I'm not a fan of gory movies in general, but the acting and atmosphere in this one was exceptional.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
