🎢⤴🎢⤵🎢⤴🎢⤵ Looks like the roller coaster followed me to this part of my journey. I had a late dinner last night after finishing my volunteer work at our local Detention Center library. Stopped for a glass of wine with my friend & coworker & brought wings & a salad home to share with the hubby. I did portion control on the wings & used the Bolthouse Farms blue cheese (only 35 calories & I didn't even use it all) to dip my wings. I'm not going to stress....it's all good 😊

154.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
