i just knew once i went for my morning bike ride..id show even more loss...and sure enough...
304.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just mapped my bike ride this morning...7.8 miles...in 55 min...didnt seem all that far when i was riding it...
