a rerun of yesterday.
I'm making a strange experiment.
hamburger gravy (2 Tbs almond flour, 3/4 C unsweetened almond milk, 1 oz. shredded sharp cheddar, 32g left over bacon.) probably top with pickle slices on top of 40g of Keto almond bread.😱
218.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was delicious! I almost couldn't finish it. Almond flour is so heavy in your stomach. I felt like I had eaten, 4 large biscuits with sausage gravy. Very happy with the gravy & cheddar mix.
