Still, really struggling with sleep. 11 hrs over the past 3 days.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you taking a magnesium supplement at night? If not you should give that a try.

I'm taking 2 types of magnesium, potassium, flaxseed oil, zinc, turmeric-curcumin. Salad every day and 1 to 1/2 gal of water. I just shut my brain off at night.
