Did not complete the mini challenge of at least 3 vegetables in Saying not to Eating Junk at Work. I ate only what I brought to work.
On the No bread in pasta . I iwas successful in not eating bread or pasta but failed the mini challenge of 30 minutes of exercise. Day 2 will be better.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
