Good morning!
I am working towards journaling every day. So today was Day 3 in my 30 day transformation. Was up and at the gym. Did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. Low level day b/c I am adjust to the change. i have to find a way to get more than 5 hours of sleep.
Had oatmeal and coffee for breakfast and brought a banana for snack.
I will get on the scale next week as I am not an everyday weigher.

Wow, I can't believe I haven't been on here in a couple of weeks. While my food intake has been up and down. I have been moving more. I have walked to work, which is just over 2 miles on 3 occasions, I also joined a gym. I started yesterday on a 30 day transformation. Yesterday I did cardio for an hour and strength training for 30 minutes. Than I was at physical therapy for 2 hours. This morning I did 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of training.
I am feeling very motivated. When I went shopping on Friday I found out I was a size 16. I haven't been that size in over 2 years.

Hi!
I'm back. So, it will be 4 months tomorrow that I had bilateral knee replacement. I am down to 228 lbs. from 348 lbs that I weighed on the date of my surgery. Need to join a gym again to strength train and continue loss. I started a challenge as well. Wish me well.
