Sorry, I don't check in too much. I am sort of stalling out with my weight loss. I am following it reasonably well. A few times we've had pizza, and once went to Dairy Queen, but you gotta live too! I think I may also be slowing my weight loss down a little since I am exercising now too. Muscle weighs more than fat and my close fit differently so I think my body is just changing since I am exercising.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

The key is really paying attention to how your clothes feel, I "weigh" more on that then what the scale says.

Wow, your chart says you are doing things right!! Congratulations!! You're making changes for life, not just quick fixing it. Way to go!

You are doing great. Sometimes you have to indulge but just don't over indulge, and if you do, don't fret. Just get back on your feet and continue along. Love yourself, and keep smiling. You're going in the right direction for yourself and your family!

Things are going well, I am sort of going between Phase 1 and Phase 2 to speed along my weight loss, I want to lose 20 more pounds by the middle of the summer. I am exercising a little bit, like 3 days a week. I wish it was more but you have to start somewhere!
