Doing much better with diary. Have accountability partner. Signed up for one year food addicts course. Made appt. To check out kick boxing studio next week. I've got this. Below is image of us last year in Dominican republic. Will post update this December. Weight then: 190.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
