Niiiice 😁 Went over my RDI yesterday...homemade turkey burger w/cheese, seasoned fries from frozen, corn on the cob, salad with homemade peanut and honey dressing, corn flakes with gluten free muesli and 2 cups of coffee.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ohhh nice! No I started on noom in march and left mid-may. I loved it though. It really set me up for success I feel. Do you like it?
